Changsha training

From February 17th to 26th, the channel center of Leyard Group launched a five-day and two-round corporate training in Changsha. The aim is to work with all the operators of the channel center of the Leyard Group and the backbone personnel of the overseas business team to improve service levels and capabilities, improve operational capabilities, master the world's advanced management tools and methods, and practice "different Leyard, different channel".

Shenzhen training

From February 22nd to 25th, the channel center of Leyard Group launched a four-day after-sales elite team training in Shenzhen. A lecturer team is formed by the company's product research and development department, technical support department, after-sales service department and other relevant technical personnel, so that the after-sales elites can fully understand the after-sales service standards and specifications, and have an in-depth understanding of the maintenance problems of various types of products, so as to understand the difficulties of products.
